The Client approached Module Architects to advise on a C-listed Georgian Villa (split in two vertically) and the possibility of adding an new extension to the rear to remove an existing PVCu conservatory.
An existing scullery extension from the 1950s was to be retained with the roof removed to allow incorporation into the new extension. The extension allows for a large kitchen dining area with a small ancillary utility room. There is also a small shower-room WC as there previous downstairs WC was removed in the redesign. Listed Building Consent was a statutory undertaking in this project.
